Smuggling of PDS rice thwarted

The revenue officials intercepted a truck carrying rice bags near urapakkam .on spotting the officials ,two people fled.while driver was nabbed . Inquiries revealed that 165 bags of rice meant for distribution in PDS shops ,was being smuggled to Andhra.
